We work with Leams Construction occasionally and they never let us down. Luis is a great guy, responsive and helpful to solve any problems. They did a variety of work such as drywall and carpentry and couldn’t be any happier with them. Clean, quick, and fair! Will hire them again when we need their services for sure.

Luis and his team have been great. Luis got back to me almost immediately after I submitted a request for a paint estimate. He was able to come by within the hour and gave us a fair estimate that night. We also used Leams Construction for a stair renovation and we are so happy with the outcome. We have needed this work done pretty quickly and not only was Luis was able to accommodate us but he offered very fair pricing as well. We will definitely be using them for some other projects. I highly recommend Leams Construction for any of your painting and contracting needs!

Very fair prices & great work! Luis @ Leams Construction did some work for us in Darien. They fixed a bedroom door that came off the hinges and a window sill that had some rot. We called Luis on a Monday and he stopped by later that day to give us an estimate. They came over on Tuesday to complete the work. Luis and his guys worked quickly and the finished product was great! They were here for about two hours. I would highly recommend Luis & Leams construction for handyman services in the greater Darien/Greenwich area. He is very professional, courteous and his work is very high quality.

Luis and his workers did a great job replacing and restoring some of the trim on the outside of my house that needed work. He also replaced a gutter that was broken for me. He was professional and knowledgeable. He was quickly able to get me on his schedule and showed up on time. He was reasonably priced and took the time to do a nice job. I would highly recommend him!! I will definitely be using him again for repairs in the future.

We hired Luis and his team to powerwash our house and repaint our deck and railing. They were in pretty bad shape with paint peeling and mold in large areas. In addition, the deck is old so the wood is not even. Luis and his team did a tremendous job sanding down the wood and then their paint job was superb. We are very happy with the job that was done and will hire Leams for more projects in the future.

I’ve used them for a second time to power wash and stain my teak furniture and this time they also power washed out stone path and patio. It looks as if it’s new. Love the results.
