Do not hire CertaPro of Spokane. They should change the company name to “Sorta Pro”. It took them 2 months to paint my home and they left garbage and paint all over my yard. They damaged my property and showed zero respect for my time. Don’t trust the 5 star rating on their website, they didn’t post my 1 star rating. In fact, they have posted 5 star ratings that were submitted weeks after my posting. Save yourself the irritation and hire someone else.

Bid was processed quickly and thoroughly. Scheduling was prompt and met by all (power washer and painters). Painters were very efficient and professional. No time wasted, high quality work, very pleased! The house looks great!

I had Certa Pro paint our interior doors and surface the garage floor. Both projects ended up looking great. The guys were very easy to work with and I was kept in the loop on all communication. Now the neighbors want their garage floor done!

Let me start with Preston and Heather. Both very professional and friendly. Answered all my questions and both helped me through the process. The team of painters you sent to paint my house, headed by Arnoldo were the best. Arnoldo and his crew were all very friendly guys. Arnoldo was so organized, and paid close attention to details. The job was very well done, and Arnoldo did a final walk around, to make sure I was happy with their work. I am a very happy customer, and will definitely use your services in the future. Very professional. We had our exterior painted. The consultant was very helpful, offering ideas and color suggestions. We took his advice with the color and are very happy. The painters did a great job. The price was very reasonable.

Professional and efficient! My house was a tall three story townhouse and was difficult to access. The originally planned lift wouldn’t work, so my team ended up using 40′ ladders to get the job done! They completed the job in two days and did a great job cleaning up. In addition, CertaPro agreed that since the lift wasn’t used, that I would be refunded my costs for the lift. Can’t beat that! Overall a very positive review from me.
