If the public knew how you spoke of your customers, you would have no customers. I do not recommend anyone doing business with Rojas Painting and Construction unless you like rude and unprofessional behavior.

I recently had my cabin stained and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Not only were they incredibly fast, but the quality of their work was simply amazing. My cabin looks brand new! I highly recommend Rojas to anyone looking for top-notch stain job !!

Mr: Rojas had the experience and ability to turn my cabin to an luxury look, his fast response on an estimate and an affordable price, really was impressive. Definitely I recommend Rojas painting and construction for your future projects.

The actual work of this company was very good. We paid $6200 in February of this year to have our cabin restrained and the floor of the deck painted. Joseph became unresponsive after he received his first payment as we wanted to pay him but he didn’t answer the phone. On our way out of town, he called and demanded final payment after we had been trying for weeks. Luckily, we were not too far out to town but did turn around and pay him in full. He told my husband the color of the paint used on the decking. After recently installing a new hot tub, we needed to paint the area where the original hot tub sat so my husband, who had written down what color Joseph said it was, purchased a gallon of paint. We started painting today and the color is not even close,. My husband reached out to Joseph today and asked him what the color was to make sure he wasn’t incorrect. Joseph was very rude, called my husband and SOB and not to contact him again. I would not recommend this company despite all of their fancy billboards around town.

I have used Rojas Construction on two occasions. The first time was a few years ago and they did a great job. But most recently I used them a few weeks ago. And my experience with them was horrible. They provided me a estimate for the work to be completed however the work was only half completed and yet I got very little communication from them, and the customer service was horrible. And when I tried to explain to them that the work that was quoted and supposed to be done was only half completed they still demanded that I pay the full price. I am not happy with Rojas Construction and will not use them again. Something has changed with them and it’s certainly not for the good.

Horrible business practices. Made many appointments they did not show up to any except for one. Once they did they quoted me for something I didn’t ask for. When they left my driveway they almost hit my daughter coming home from high school in her car since they were driving on the complete wrong side of the road. Horrible customer service horrible people and you cannot even call their number as it is always blocked. do not work with this company. They are scammers

They won’t let callers leave messages and they don’t return text messages except to say “I’ll call you later”. Not a good business practice. I’m using another company.

Joseph and team re-stained our cabin and replaced wood siding as required. They started the job as promised and completed it within the timeframe indicated. We appreciate their workmanship and work ethic and love the finished results. Thanks Rojas – appreciate your team

Our first encounter with Rojas Construction – they stained our cabin in Gatlinburg. We are local and have been looking for a business to do that. Rojas was lower estimate and responded quickly. Everyone was professional and we are more than happy with the work on our cabin. Will use Rojas again. We trust this company!

Rojas just painted our house exterior. Couldn’t be more pleased with the work or the price. Our house was not an easy job – older home. They were detail oriented and responsive to my requests, went the extra mile to make me happy with the job. Price was very reasonable for the work performed.
