Professional, responsive and reasonably priced. Fred and his people did an incredible job. I mentioned responsive because not only did he contact me back immediately, but was ready to get the job done without delay, something you rarely see these days. Give these guys a try, you will not be disappointed.

I have now used Paredes twice and enthusiastically recommend them. They have done both exterior and interior painting, as well as wood restoration. They transformed my stuck-in-the-80’s kitchen cabinets into a clean modern look, by painting the cabinet doors. They also installed a backsplash. Fredy is one of the best contractors I have worked with since I purchased my house in 1996. He is professional, friendly and responsive. His prices are very fair and welcomes your input. His workers are respectful, neat and reliable. I look forward to using them again and you should too!

I had every expectation to be leaving a 5 star review and doing future business with this company. Fredy came highly recommended and his reviews seemed to support it. Most of their work was satisfactory. They certainly could have done better at covering my belongings but it is very hard doing a full renovation on a home that is being lived in. They go way too fast and end up doing things twice but they were agreeable to try to make it right. My house is very old and not easy to work on. The big mistake I made was letting them get ahead of me on payments. The work is 85-90% done and 90% paid. He had collected 39k from me already as the job progressed but five of the eight rooms they were refinishing still need a fair amount of painting. While we did certainly hit some stumbling blocks that took Fredy more time his fee was adjusted to compensate. Fredy left the country for three weeks during my project. During that time I was suddenly running around and paying for materials he was supposed to provide. Even on his return Fredy became impossible to communicate with rarely returning texts and never returning calls. For 2 weeks he said he would stop by to meet and discuss this. No show. He had previously been fine with communication. He decided he will not return until I pay him more money first. Based on the sudden difficulty communicating I was skeptical that he would be any easier to work with after this payment. I gave up with the daily frustration of trying to communicate with him and decided to move on. What a terrible disappointment. I ultimately ended up having to spend quite a bit more additional money to finish work Fredy had already been paid for and to redo a fair amount work that was deficient. I had recommended Fredy to so many other other homeowners and contractors I know during the course of the project. I guess that was a mistake. Whatever you do if you use Paredes Painting I STRONLY recommend you keep a very close eye on the work and don’t let Fredy get ahead of you on payments or you may very well get burned like me.

I just had my upstairs hallway, staircase, and three rooms painted, including trim. Paredes did an amazing job with everything, and I couldn’t be happier. I feel like I have a new house! They went above and beyond to transform our very dark bathroom, to a bright milky white. This required a lot of extra work, but it came out impeccable! The painters were extremely polite and professional and worked very hard from morning until night, and got the job done in record time. Very good rates as well. I highly recommend using Paredes for your next painting job.

I hired Paredes Painting Corp to paint the interior of my condo and repair some drywall damage. Fredy’s team was punctual, neat and very professional. I was so happy with the job they did that I also hired them to paint my kitchen cabinets. I would definitely use Paredes Painting again for future painting and repair jobs and would recommend them to friends.

My family and I were blown away of how thorough Paredes Painting is, pays attention to details, start early, work long hours to get the job done. We had some water damage that required repair. We are very happy of the turnout and the amount of work required, to perform in painting our home, in a short period of time. I hired paredes to come paint most of our house and do some spackle work. We set a price and a start date on August 3rd they showed up with a crew of 10 guys to start working.They were here for 3 days, After they had left bryan noticed his Dewalt impact drill was missing he asked me to ask them if they had seen it maybe they grabbed it by mistake, So I politely asked if they had grabbed it by mistake waited a few days for a reply asked again and got that he asked all his guys and that no one had seen it. I looked back on our cameras cloud and sure enough one of the guys grabs it off our kitchen table and was using it to hang sheet rock I sent him the screen shots from the camera and sure enough the story changes! Finally got back our drill Tuesday which by the way had BA initials on both sides of the drill and battery clearly NOT theirs 🙄. While yes they did the right thing and returned it my issue is would they have if I didn’t have the proof?! I would also like to add they got paint splatter everywhere literally everywhere and ripped off paint on trim and didn’t fix it also where they did the Sheetrock work two days later there was a crack across my whole ceiling and they had to come back to fix it now a month after the crack is back again and much worse. LONG STORY short I don’t recommend paredes painting in Middletown NY.
