All around terrible experience from start to finish. *edited to add that after the project was completed in May 2023, by April 2024 the front AND back patio floor that they painted has started bubbling and peeling as shown in the photos. We were left with paint on our windows, paint on our screens, paint on our floor, paint on our turf, paint on our decorative rocks, paint on our neighbors houses (both sides), paint on our bricks and paint on our roof tiles. The stucco that they repaired is already falling apart (I even pointed out to the owner that it was not good and he said it was done well and would last). They “underestimated” the amount of stucco repair and tried to charge us an extra $800. We were told that if we provided light fixtures they would replace our existing ones for free since they had to take them off anyways. Then on the first day we were told this would be an extra charge. They forgot to account for the porch that we asked them to paint, and on the first day we were told that it would be an extra $260. We asked for a quote for our side door to the garage, and they said they would sand, prime and paint. Then all they did was paint over the peeling paint. I pointed it out (I could peel off the paint just by rubbing my hand on it) and they said it was how they normally do this and we were incorrectly informed about them sanding and priming. They used my tools without asking and left them scattered around our yard. They also used my 5 gallon bucket without asking so they could mix their mortar, and then took it with them on the last day. We were told it would take 5 days to finish and took over 2 weeks. All around it was an awful experience and a terrible quality of work and I would never recommend them to anyone.

IM Painting refinished our wood front door and did an amazing job. They were able to restore the shine and luster and the door is now a beautiful accent to our home. They were very professional, efficient and personable to work with as well.

This is a great company. We chose them because two of my neighbors had their houses recently painted by IM. After seeing their results we called for an estimate. Bob responded and went over all the details that’s involved with exterior painting. He was very patient while we dealt with our HOA. His team showed up, took extra care protecting all the exterior landscaping and hard scape and cleaned up when the job was completed. I highly recommend IM painting. Great company!

I highly recommend IM Painting. They did a very meticulous job of painting our front and garage doors. Hector and Martin were efficient and did a good job of cleaning up after they were done.
