Well they don’t show up when they are scheduled too, according to the notice on my door, so I’m not sure how their work is yet, but this explains why it’s going to take them 11 days to change the boards on a 4’×12′ balcony that over hangs my driveway. So I guess I’ll just leave my cars parked out on the street until they decide to get around to showing up. Definitely not impressed with or confident in this company. Proceed with caution!!!!!!

Customer treated poorly: I am a 20 year loyal customer having spent at least $50K to $75K over the years for Cal pro’s service. Their customer service until recently was good. Several months ago, I met with the owner and he suggested that he would power wash my new home and paint sections of the house (plus touch up), where the power washing was not effective. Following that meeting, he did not reply to any of my calls/texts to start the job. I went ahead and had someone else to do the power washing a few months later. When I contacted him to do the painting of sections and touch up, he told me that he no longer would do partial jobs and/or touch up . Ironically, He was the one who suggested the approach to deal with my new house, but didn’t return my calls and then subsequently said he wouldn’t do it. Wow! For a long term and loyal customer to be blown off like this is very disappointing. I can only imagine how newer customers might be treated. As a result, i am sad to give Cal Pro a poor rating for its treatment of a loyal customer. .

I just finished working with Ramon Pacas on an 110 unit project for Leisure Town in Vacaville. This is my 3rd major painting project, covering over 100 homes in Leisure Town. Ramon did an OUTSTANDING PROFESSIONAL JOB on this project with his crew, including Alonzo Ramirez on site. I personally highly recommend this company for any HOA homeowner painting project calling for a first class job in professionalism as well as customer service, start to finish! They are the best in the field, hands down!!

Calpro Construction just finished the outside of our HOA complex of 18 buildings and 72 units. They stuck to a schedule and finished on time. They covered cars when necessary and covered our new vinyl fences. I would recommend them for any job.

Best painting company in the world hands down. Tim the owner is a very diligent fabulous man to work with, Philip the project manager is very headstrong and a go-getter that gets things done the first time around, Kevin is at the top of his food chain in my personal opinion, he’s very straightforward, well mannered, and gets things done the first time around as well. And let’s not forget the glue that holds the company together Valerie the office manager, she is a delight to work with and is always on top of her game. I would recommend this painting company to anybody anywhere. Thanks calpro

Did a grea job not painting my house according to the proposed schedule (late) and painting my garage door with the wrong color. Apparently it was hard for them to understand what “no changes” meant. I would recomend these guys to the people I dislike the most.
