CertaPro just painted the entire exterior of our house in Williamson Valley. Got our estimate quickly and was very reasonable. Painting started on their estimated date and was completed in a timely manner and excellent quality. Jon, Jason and office staff were great to work with. I highly recommend this business.

Couldn’t even manage to get them HERE. We called and made an appointment. Got a TIME (11:30 am the following day)for them to come give us a bid about restaining the entire outside of our house. The next morning came and we got a text from Jon asking if we still needed their service. What? We already had an appointment for later that day. So my husband replied to the text saying yes that we need a bid. Jon replied and said that he would try to get to us, that he had back to back meetings. But we already have an appointment. What’s the point of calling to make that appointment if they’re not going to stick to it. So we called the office. They said WE WERENT IN THE SYSTEM. ??? Well if we weren’t then why would JON be texting us to ask if their services were still needed?? the lady in the office reached out to JON to see if he could still make the appointment today at the time WE ALREADY HAD ESTABLISHED. He couldn’t. My husband said that’s fine. There’s other companies willing to take our money. To which Jon said “go get em tiger” Wow how unprofessional.

Outstanding work! James was efficient and professional and made the whole experience easy! We only did the interior of the home on this particular day, but we will be bringing him back in the fall to do the exterior. Very detailed; really superb job!

Jon at Certa Pro Prescott is an A1 dude. Very professional very thorough. They did a stellar job and I recommended them to my property management company. I would recommend them to anyone needing a paint job. I will always call them now if I need anything painted.
