Hi I have been a customer with Hartzell Painting and Windows for over a decade on various projects including several residential painting and window and door installation projects They have done an amazing job for each and every project I have worked with them Their project manager Leo is very professional and courteous and has delivered the completed job to my complete satisfaction and on time . They offer a very competitive pricing, and their work is always warrantied Any concerns during the work progress has always been addressed immediately and taken care of. Their workers are very polite and clean up very well after the job is complete and very accommodating. I guess the point of these reviews is to keep it as fair and honest as possible. So let’s start off with it should’ve been done right the first time. Fortunately, after a phone call to customer service and the owner, it was resolved immediately. The house was repainted and everything was addressed. Thank you and A+ for customer service.

From the first phone call with Fred, to the planning with the project manager Junior, and finally the professionalism and attention to detail of the foreman, Felipe, it has been a very smooth hassle free and pleasant process and we’re extremely pleased with the end result too! Our condo association hired Hartzell to paint the garage, parking stripes, and parking curbs and they did an outstanding job. They completed the work on time, within budget, and made special accommodations for our residents while blocking off each section of the garage. The painters were experienced, tidy, and had great attitudes. Our Board of Directors were impressed with the whole project start to finish.
