Mathew and his crew are the best! I contacted Payless for a quote on exterior painting of our house and from that initial contact to the end of the job, everything was A+. Mathew was super responsive from the start. Each day during the job, he came by to see the progress of the crew and provided an update via email. The crew was friendly, thorough, hardworking and conscientious. The prep work was exceptional and they regularly went back over all their work to be sure it was the best it could be. At the end of each workday they cleaned up and generally went out of their way to be sure we were satisfied, going the extra mile. They noticed we were missing a couple of attic vent hole covers. Mathew ordered them for us and even after the job was completed, Antonio came by to install and paint them. Payless Painting is the kind of company that you thought didn’t exist anymore. They are customer-focused, reliable, honest, trustworthy and do an excellent job. Don’t hesitate to entrust them with your next painting project!

We are delighted to provide a “5-Star Rating” for Mathew Rice and his Payless Painting team. We were referred to Mathew by two neighbors who had previously worked with him. Payless Painting painted the exterior of our house in May 2024. They did an excellent job! Mathew is extremely easy to work with and was very patient as we endeavored to select our paint colors. The crew was always on time and picked up after themselves each day. Mathew sent us daily updates to keep us abreast of the team’s progress. We referred our cousin to Mathew who hired him to paint the inside of her condominium. She was delighted with Mathew, as well!
