We were SO happy with the great job Rick did on our kitchen cabinets (see review below), that we had him paint a china cabinet for us. Another perfect job from Rick! Love the new look of the cabinet. Light and bright! Kitchen Cabinet review – I cannot say enough good things about Pittsburgh Cabinet Painting and Rick. He has so much pride in his work that he is not happy until you are completely satisfied. Rick is punctual, meticulous, friendly, respectful and has a work ethic not common these days. Rick painted our kitchen cabinets, island and walls. He did an amazing job. He strives to please and he is skilled at his craft and it shows in the finished product. The paint finish is flawless. There are no runs or other defects. He follows a detailed process that requires a lot of patience and attention to detail. When hiring Rick, you know he is the one working on your cabinets. With other companies, you may not know who is doing the actual work. On top of all of this, his prices are very competitive. My wife and I enjoyed the time we spent with Rick. He is personable and honest. We won’t hesitate to call Rick for future painting projects.

Rick just completed painting a rental townhouse for us. This included painting all walls and ceilings, as well as transforming interior doors and trim from dark stain to bright white paint, which first involved much repair and priming. Rick also painted the kitchen cabinets, which were still solid, but the finish was in bad shape. Rick takes pride in his work and it shows in the finished product. He is meticulous in everything he does. I would recommend Rick for any type of painting project. I only have a few before and after pictures, but will attach them to this review.

What can we say…Rick is the man. Very professional, communicative , meticulous and truly cares about the outcome of his job. He goes the extra mile to make sure things are done correctly, plus the fact that he is a genuinely nice guy to work with. Rick refinished and painted our old oak cabinets and bathroom vanity and we couldn’t be happier .They look brand new!! We almost went with a different contractor but I know we would not have had the outcome we had with Rick. He is excellent at what he does. Our old faded out cabinets needed more work than what we anticipated, but Rick went the extra mile to make sure that they were finished to our liking. I don’t know of any other contractor who would have done that. I can’t say enough good things about him. We couldn’t be happier with the outcome. He is a hard worker and a dedicated artist at what he does.

My kitchen has a new life! The beauty of painting your cabinets is that you can add some others that look similar shape wise and paint them all to look the same. We expanded our kitchen with an extra tall IKEA cabinet. Rick helped meet my budget. He took great care and is a perfectionist by nature. The cabinets are smooth. The process and the paint he uses dries extremely hard and has been tested against staining foods. It’s top notch. He also shaved down one side of a drawer that was rubbing. It works well now. Would recommend Pittsburgh Cabinet Painting to anyone!
