Unfortunately I cannot recommend Jay’s services. Due to a series of poor communication, many mistakes were made such as applying wall texture, white paint, and incorrect trim after we had specified flat texture, blue walls, and a certain trim. Not only did Jay not communicate well about any of this before or after, but he also did a very sloppy job finishing everything. Walls were not straight or anchored to anything. Overspray EVERYWHERE- ceiling, ventilation, lights, outlets, floor. I have attached photos *after* we asked him to fix the trim twice.

We have an 1860 farmhouse that had not been painted in 23 years. It need some love Amazing prep work and attention to details! Bright red is not an easy task and it turned out perfect! Definitely ould recommend!

Jay and his team just did a beautiful job on my house! Completely transformed it. They were meticulous and so profession. Super nice too! Both Jay and Amanda were SO responsive and easy to work with. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone I know! Actually, already had them bid out my parents place! Idk why there are negative reviews on here, my experience was nothing short of perfection!

Our 27 year old home needed painting. It was originally stained cedar shingles, restained at 10 years. We decided to go with paint as easier to maintain. We received 3 bids, and Jay’s was very reasonable. The references were all 5 Star. Our home is 1 story-2500 sq ft, with a walk through psntry to a 700 sq ft 2 story garage with a separate apartment and 4 outbuildings. Painting of both body and trim for all, 2 separate colors. Such professional work from beginning to end. Included power washing, taping off, moving and returning items to porches, cleaning up every day, and getting great attention to detail. We were so pleased we also contacted and had interior painting completed. It was perfect! We were so confident in the excellent service/value that we have had no reservations in referring several of our friends to Jay’s.

Jay’s team painted my house interior last fall and it looks great!…mustard yellow to a cool grey. I was working at home at the time and they were flexible, knowledgeable and quick. I would recommend his team for your next painting project.

I can’t say enough about how wonderful it was to work with all the folks at Jay’s Painting! These folks are genuine, honest and really nice people. They pulled me out of a bind! last minute! Amanda, Jay and Deb were very available for every phone call and every question! Jay and his crew showed up right on schedule, and worked as weather allowed to get my job done! Meticulously prepared, clean, BEAUTIFUL BEAUTIFUL JOB DONE HERE! These guys are polite and so accommodating. My house looks brand new! I highly recommend Jay’s Painting! 100% Debbie C.

Jay did a great job repairing our back deck that needed additional support and repainting of the lattices. A once wobbly and unsafe deck is now solid thanks to Jay. He also did a lot of random jobs – Painting, did a great job installing molding on a stairwell. They are Communicative about timelines when weather impacted ability to complete The work. Jay was always accommodating to feedback and changes along the way.

Had our fence blow down in a storm, called Jay’s and they were out that day to give me an estimate, started work the next day and finished in the timeframe expected and exactly on quote for the repairs. He was incredibly kind and courteous, he left the area a little better then it was before he started, best general contractor experience I’ve ever had, I highly recommend him to anyone who needs home repairs and painting. 10/10 all the way around!
