We recently had our kitchen, dining room, hallway, and bathroom painted by Certapro Painters of Grand Haven and had a great experience from start to finish. There prices were very reasonable. Their staff were very friendly, professional, and flexible. The painters did an amazing job all while maintaining a clean environment, professional attitude, and they answered any questions we had. We highly recommend them.

I contracted with CertaPro for interior painting for 6 areas to include walls, trim and doors. I was told the job would take 3-4 days but is ended being 5 days with me going through a weekend and holiday the following Monday with the job undone. The biggest issue was some of the painters on the crew had no experience painting and I was expected to allow them to practice/train on my house and that wasn’t going to happen. The painter spent most of the first day in and out of the house, left the back door opened/had the AC running; did a poor job painting and left areas unprepped before starting to paint leaving chipped paint under new paint; and only painting one coat when these services were in the contract. The crew supervisor was a great painting and spent a lot of unnecessary time going behind workers. The owner of CertaPro finally came out and instructed the site supervisor to get the job done and get it right. The job was finally finished but I’m only about 85-90% satisfied.

I am very pleased with the whole experience of working with the Professionals at Certa Pro Painters of Muskegon. I received a quote and was able to select colors at the same appointment…Quick and easy! The actual painting was beautiful and quickly done…minimal disruption to the Household. Very good, Quality work. I have no problem whatsoever recommending Certa Pro Painters of Muskegon for your painting project!

The whole experience from the initial sales call to the follow-up wa great. Troy has developed a great team. His commercial salesman Scott was quick to follow-up and very responsive. I will be having them quote a few more projects based on the job they did this time.
