We just did a big remodel on both the interior and exterior of our house, and we used Rogall + Co to paint inside and out and to fix termite and dry rot damage to the eaves. We are incredibly pleased with the work they did for us. They listened to our concerns and requests, and incorporated them into their work. They were both personable and professional to work with, and were available for all of our questions throughout the project. We called Rogall &Co to paint the interior of our home. Their quote was reasonable, their response time to our questions was excellent and they did a wonderful job with painting and the clean up after. However, the reason for our review is to share what impressed us the most. We had a little miscommunication in regards to the spaces we wanted painted and when Jake, the project manager called to ask what we thought of the paint job we raised our concern. He immediately, as in the SAME day, sent his team back out to remedy the problem. Wow, that level of costumer service is hard to come by these days! We would absolutely use them again and highly recommend them for any paint job you have. CLARICE 12/20/23

Everyone was very professional! They were on time every morning, the crew were told what to do that day and off they went! We are really happy with the outcome! They found a lot of water damage and repaired it all, it looks beautiful and will last forever (I hope!) no if’s about using Rogall, they were great!!

Nathan came by during break in rain. Saw issues with windows and had team over within 24 hours between storms. Two windows are on second floor, no leaks!!! Thank you Nathan and Rogall for outstanding customer service!! Pat F.

I rated Rogall in the best category not because they were good and met contract expectations, but because they ARE the best in the field TODAY. I’m one of those who do not rate highly very often unless it’s well deserved! After making 8 inquiry phone calls to recommended professional painters within 30 miles, and 2 more to local “family man” painters, Rogall was only one of two who returned my calls, and the ONLY organization that completed a detailed estimate and offered a realistic time frame to do the job. In a post pandemic market, I allowed for the wait to do the job, and a longer wait for the follow up finishing touches discovered upon final inspection. ALL of the supervisors (and working teams) were overly friendly and respectful. Each supervisor for repair construction and painting actually reviewed and completed missed finishing touches themselves until I was satisfied that their job met both contract and my expectations. Each supervisor deserves applause, but I particularly remember the painting supervisor, Reed, who came out last and went entirely beyond the finishing touches he was there to complete! While waiting for a coat of paint to dry I caught him painting a wood garden planter to match the new house colors even though this was NOT part of the original contract! I must point out that Reed, in my absence, also made some detailed decisions in painting that definitely improved the job and met my discerning approval! Finally – I was very impressed that each team left the job site perfectly cleaned of debris and regularly stored items during the process and afterwards in a neat and orderly fashion. My initial expectation for a contracted team of builders and painters was perhaps high for our post pandemic society – definitely things don’t happen quickly anymore. BUT I would definitely recommend Rogall for future work – especially if you prefer clear communication and well above expert performance!

This is the most outrageously overpriced company around. I would highly recommend getting other estimates before getting work done with Rogall. They gave me an estimate to replace the fascia board on my house, and for labor alone they estimated $13,000. I had another roofing company give me a second estimate and their estimate was $5,000, and that included all materials. Their prices are extremely high.

Steven Rogall Painting did the exterior of our home a few years ago. We were extremely happy with the results and have since used them for replacing our rear deck and several interior projects. They obviously take great pride in doing a quality job with special attention to neatness and clean up. It is especially refreshing to see several of the same crew return to do their high quality of work. New members are positive additions.Their pricing is competitive and the customer attention the same for big and small projects. Highly recommended!

Rogall Painting was great. I have a two-story 2000 square-foot home and my daughter works nights. It was a challenge to have the house painted because of the logistics. Rogalle did an outstanding job. Their workers were polite, professional, and prompt. I didn’t feel uncomfortable having them in the house. The house looks new inside and I am very pleased. They painted the outside a few years ago and did a great job then as well.

They rebuilt/painted one of my pergolas and painted a second one. Having the pergola parts painted before being built was really the way to go. They constructed it with an eye to preventing future rot etc, which was really helpful.
