Working with them was so easy! They were quick, reliable, and easy to communicate with. Received them as a reference through a friend and they did not disappoint. They are trustworthy and are willing to do whatever extra requests i asked for. They were very reasonably priced in comparison to other quotes. Cutest family owned company and employees. They painted my kitchen cabinets and whole interior and everything looks so great! I would definitely recommend them to friends and family and so lucky to have found them! I will definitely use them in the future.

My primary contact at Titan Painting & Flooring was Chrissy Clark. Unfortunately, she arrived at my home unannounced. I had requested Titan’s services to repaint my driveway and the attached sidewalk. Luckily, I was home when Chrissy appeared unexpectedly. We looked over the driveway and I showed her sections of the area that had been peeling away. She explained that peeling occurs when sanding and priming don’t occur before paint is applied. She left a few minutes later without getting any measurements. A week later, she called and left a strange voicemail message. Her message said that she couldn’t offer a quote until I called her back. Upon returning her call, Chrissy said that her “Sherwin Williams paint rep” said that the job was more complicated than she expected. She then quoted $6,000 (!) to repaint our driveway. Suddenly, Chrissy said the driveway needed to be acid washed, power-washed, and then repainted. She said each section would take a day to complete. Each gallon of paint would also cost $60. I asked her to articulate the $6k cost and she responded by asking me how large my driveway was! I knew right away that her quote wasn’t calculated accurately or fairly- especially if she failed to calculate how large my driveway is. It’s a normal-sized drive (est. 18′ long). Luckily, another local provider offered a much more realistic and reasonable quote (cleaning = $300; repair = $286; painting and labor = $950; TOTAL = $1465, inc. tax). Titan Painting’s costs need greater transparency and their communication needs greater professionalism and honesty. **EDIT: I’ve attached pics of Chrissy’s response mostly to preserve them for others to see (i.e., if she edits her reply). I think her response reiterates my unfavorable impression. She is a bit unhinged and I am glad I realized how unprofessional this business is before it became too late. Luckily, there are other Morgantown service providers who are ethical (e.g., $2k vs. $6k) and professional. Being a small business does not excuse you from meeting expectations. How can you quote $6k for a job when you don’t even know how much paint you’ll need?

My husband and I are so very pleased with the meticulous work completed by John, Christi and team at Titan Painting and Flooring. The entire team went above and beyond to repair, and improve the overall appearance of the interior of our home. The home is located in Morgantown, and was originally built in 1930. The “bones” of the home were good, but Titan Painting and Flooring made the overall interior look amazing. The entire project included the following: prime and painting all trim, walls (paneling) and ceilings, and stripping all the hard woods, staining which produced an updated look. We will be using Titan Painting and Flooring again for an outdoor painting project soon. I’ve attached before and after images. Many thanks!

They did a fantastic job painting the interior of my house. Wonderful people to work with and excellent attention to detail. They also installed flooring in my kitchen and it looks wonderful. Highly recommend them (and I don’t do that very often).
