Do. Not. Use. Del is an imposter and is not a trained professional. I hired him for two bathrooms, he took 90% of the agreed price and abandoned the job. Avoided my calls and changed his number. I should have pursued legal action against him. My plumber said this is the worst work he has EVER seen. I’m going to need to rip out his work and start over.

The work done on our house was a roof repair, but within a few months of the work done, we now have water leaking into the house and has already damaged our ceiling. They’re now dodging our calls and not responding to messages… With the rainy season coming up, we now have to tarp over our roof and find someone else to fix their mistakes. I wouldn’t chance a big project or something valuable like your home to this company.

House was hit by vehicle. Damage found once front door and walls down. TLC did an amazing job replacing, rebuilding. Front door replacement. Painting of ceilings and several rooms. Stair handrail replaced. All done very professionally with being involved in decision making. Highly recommended. I will be using them again!

I’ve seen some of the work TLC Home Renovations has done on prior clients homes (via Facebook) and I was pleased .So I hired Delroy and the experience was great. He showed up on time and was very respectful and got straight to work, we ran into a little issue but it was quickly resolved. Overall we had a great experience and I wouldn’t mind using them again for future renovations. (I’m quite surprised with the google reviews) My bathroom sink was installed.

Here are the photos of our tile work in our house. It is definitely the worst subway tile installation i have ever seen. We paid them full amount of money already and this is what we got. All our tiles are ruined and we need to hire another person and buy all the tiles again.

Delroy abandoned the job and did NOT finish what was to be completed in THE SIGNED contract. Very poor workmanship and damaged materials. Uneven tile job, uneven floors, terrible sheet rocking, and he does not even return phone calls. STAY AWAY FROM THIS CONTRACTOR HE WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LEAVE YOU WITH A BIGGER MESS TO CLEAN UP! CHECK HIS YELP REVIEWS. HIS FACEBOOK REVIEWS ARE FAKE.
