I’m going to be honest – I was torn between giving Zuck a 4 star or a 5 star review. I am giving them 5 stars because at the end of the day, they listened when I talked, and they provided a result that I am happy with at an excellent value. The project management was very responsive and communicative and they made sure that they fixed all punch list items that I flagged for them to fix at the end of the job. They scheduled my work promptly and completed the work quickly, and left the site clean. Now here are a few negatives that made me consider giving a 4 star review: they required quite a bit of micromanaging and oversight. They started to paint my house’s exterior when it was 25 degrees out and I had to tell them to stop and come back on a warmer day. They also did a few paint cut-ins between siding and trim that were a bit sloppy that I had them redo. But again, they promptly responded and fixed everything to my standards and at the end of the day did an excellent job. I would hire them again.
