Carlos is very professional through the full process of identifying needs to delivering the service. The quality of materials and work provided is also top notch. What I really appreciated is that Carlos did not recommend more work than necessary and he keeps communication open so we have a channel to reach out post completion, in case needed. Real painters came to pain our deck this week. They were so amazing. Everyone was so kind and they made our older deck look brand new. Carlos was so great to work with and we were so happy with the finished job! I highly recommend Real Painting!

Carlos and his team were a pleasure to work with and did a fantastic job on our 3 renovations (redoing our deck and some window and door replacement, living room updates, and 3 bathroom renovations). Carlos was reliable, honest, thorough, reasonably priced, and easy to get a hold of. As two architects, we can be picky but we were very satisfied with the quality of work. They worked with us to install the specific products we had selected and advised us in ways we could save money. No construction project is ever free of issues and Carlos addressed them quickly and to our satisfaction. We highly recommend Real Painting & Home Improvement and look forward to working with them again on future projects. I’ve included some before and after photos of the most recent project.

There are so many good things to say about Carlos, his team and their work. Carlos is extremly easy to speak with, he is on top of all the details and personally visits the job site each day. If extra work is uncovered / required Carlos explains it well and is very fair with additional cost. His workers are polite, friendly, great workers and know their craft. I’m a very detailed client and they met my requirements. The way they arrange the work site and clean up is something other contractors could learn from. I will use Real Painting & Home improvement again. If they are busy and not availablle – I’d wait until they are free. Just really, really appreciate their work and style. Thank you to them for their efforts.

Expert carpentry and painting services at my home. Entire house was painted and several window sills repaired, deck sanded and painted and more. The workers are perfectionists, the work done promptly, cleaned up every day. Carlos is reliable and honest. 100% recommended!
