Don’t ever use this con man and fraud. Worries about getting paid before he even starts the job. Twice he did jobs for me did 90%of the work. I paid him in full both times never came back to touch up my kitchen ceiling where he got paint on from doing the walls. Replaced about 10 boards on my deck. He ran out of screws. Told me to get another box of screws and he would be back tomorrow to finish the job. Paid him in full and then after a week of trying to hunt him down and him telling me I’ll be there tomorrow I’ll be there tomorrow he finally finished the job.

Shawn and his crew have done three major jobs for me over the last nine years. This included painting on both the outside and inside of my home in Columbia. His crew also repaired and replaced part of the gable on the exterior of the house. Shawn is great to work with and his crew is always considerate and pays a lot of attention to detail. Further, his prices are very reasonable and he always completed the required work in a timely manner. I would use him again without hesitation!

Another contractor had left me high and dry and Sean and his crew really came through for me. They completed the un-finished work and were able to add needed projects from my to-do list. His crew is very accomplished and can handle a myriad of projects. Thanks, Sean for great pricing and professionally completed work. The work itself, not including painting the concrete on my porch, was very good. For the first two weeks, it went great. As soon as he got full payment, which I asked to retain $500 of the $12,000 contract until the punchlist was complete, he started ghosting me and giving excuses why it would take longer. It has been 5 months and the punchlist is still not complete. Also, Shawn Poirier agreed to pay $200 for my patio furniture. He paid $100 after 3 months and me stating I would have to file a police report. Still haven’t seen the other $100. Very disappointed, because the work itself was good quality. Contract was dated November 21, 2021. This guy is a con artist. He stole my patio furniture and eventually paid half of the lowest price he agreed to pay on a “favor” basis. I want my furniture back. Police report for stolen property is pending.
