Rick showed up on time to create an estimate which he provided by email promptly afterward. He was able to quickly schedule a crew for the job that involved minor drywall repairs and painting two large rooms, a bathroom, and walk-in closet. They showed up on time, communicated well, and completed quickly within two days. The work was very high caliber with repairs being very well done. I would definitely hire again.

We are thrilled with the exterior painting job! Leo & his crew of 3 painters were courteous, professional, & cleaned up the site when they were finished. Leo discovered several wood repairs that needed to be done on our 1891 house before painting. He performed the repairs & kept the crew working diligently.

Rick and Company did an outstanding job on the exterior painting of my house They also did some minor siding repairs I asked for. They even found several minor areas that needed repair and didn’t add additional cost (although I did add more to the final payment to be fair). The bid cost was competitive and they finished an excellent job, on time, and on budget. They showed up and started to work as agreed, always left the property in clean shape throughout the week of painting and were a friendly working crew. I will definitely be using their services again.

This team is great! They showed up on time every day, were here for a week, but didn’t get in our way, they’re detailed with not only the painting, but all the patching, repairs and trim edges. They do a great job of cleaning up daily and Rick gave us a competitive price. Our house looks great! Will definitely hire them again for our next project!

I’ve been using Rick and his team for over 20 years. They’ve done interior and exterior painting. Not only is the pricing competitive but the quality of their painting is exceptional. They just finished interior painting on 2 properties and I didn’t have one complaint. They are true professionals!

At one time I owned four rental townhomes in addition to my own home. I thought I could paint the townhomes myself and save money, but what I eventually realized was it was taking me so long to do it that I was losing one to two months of rent. About the same time as that realization, a relative fell off a stepladder, broke three ribs and punctured a lung. From that time, I hope having grown wiser, I have hired Rick and his crew to do the painting. They would get the job done in a professional manner and on time. I have been in real estate, as a broker, appraiser and landlord, for about 50 years. I have found it greatly advantageous to have contacts in the trades on which I do rely. If I need some painting done, I call Rick.

Painting by Rick was awesome in fixing the settlement cracks and corner drywall in our townhouse, as well as a large drywall repair in our closet from a leaking pipe. His professionalism was outstanding, out of the three quotes that we received, he was the only one to personally come out and look at the house. I had an estimate the same day, and work was finished over two half days. His rates were competitive with every other quote we received. Leo (with Rick and Company) did an excellent job prepping the walls and the repair to the closet was perfect. I would recommend them to anyone in the area, and we will certainly use their services again. Thank you Rick and Leo for making our house perfect.
