Started out as a repair for a leak on the patio, repair large cracks in the stucco and to repaint/reseal parapets due to previous contractor either not using elastomeric paint or watered down elastomeric several years ago. We couldn’t color match due to uneven fading, so opted for a full repaint for house, garage doors, re-staining the wood and stucco repair. They took their time and were very meticulous with re-staining the wood, covering all windows while painting and taking the new color clear to the ground. Great communication throughout the entire project. Would highly recommend.
