It was a very professional, thorough job and Johnathan and Hustin did an amazing job! The prep and staining of our deck and staircase would have gone perfectly had it not rained before the final coat was dry. Despite that, the area looks like new. I would hire The Painting Craftsmen again.

I was impressed with the Painting Craftsmen starting with my initial contact. Justin came to our house to take a look at the front door I wanted refinished, then we talked about re-staining the porch ceiling. We discussed the project for an hour with Justin answering my many questions. After receiving the estimate a few day later, we set up a time for the work to begin. The ceiling was power-washed by 2 nice guys: Matt and Cameron. Mike came a few days later to do the actual work of sanding, staining, and filling in the carpenter bee holes. The weather as not cooperative but Mike did what he could until the rain cleared out. Mike did a beautiful job with the door and ceiling! He called every day to tell when he would be at our home. He protected the surrounding surfaces and cleaned up at the end of the day. He was very detail oriented; truly a craftsman who took pride in his work. We are very pleased and highly recommend the Painting Craftsman!

I contracted The Painting Craftsman to paint the interior of my house. I decided to go with this company due to my previous dealings with their sister company First Coast Home Pros. Very satisfied with one company because I felt as if I got their best effort but The Painting Craftsman I feel like got their quickest effort. Issues I experienced: Front door was not primed prior to painting causing the paint to not adhere. Spoke with Justin and he sent the painter back out to “evaluate”. This consisted of touching up and repainting the door and blaming it on cure time. Clearly the door should have been primed first and the fix should have been removing the paint, then priming/ painting. When moving furniture back in position I found 2 areas that were missed. I know how to paint and took care of the areas but that’s what I paid to have done. Several areas of paint drips and paint on windows etc.. Were found after they “finished”. I say “finished” because there was never a walk through to verify everything was completed and I was satisfied (contrary to terms of service). But there was an email asking for payment and a google review. They have received both. I am in doubt that their guarantee is worth the paper it’s written on. I will not be having them back to bid on painting the exterior of the house. FOLLOW UP I have given The Painting Craftsmen an opportunity to correct the deficiencies with my front door. Justin brought Mike up to do the work he spent about 6 hours sanding down and repainting the door. I am satisfied with the work that was done at my house and have changed the score from 1 star to 3 stars. I will say that the quality of the work is 4 stars but the above mentioned issues have to be accounted for. I retract my assumption that the guarantee is worthless and feel if I have a problem with the door going forward they will correct any issues.

This company is excellent. I had my interior house painted and exterior doors. Very clean painters. Everything turned out beautiful. The staff stayed on top of every question I had. I highly recommend this group with no hesitation.extremely pleased and happy with all the work they performed. Very professional and very easy to work with. Give them a 10+++.
