I went with name recognition and a sales person that made it seem like they could handle the job. The job was to clean, powerwash and paint the front and the back plus some light carpentry. They skipped the powerwashing on the front of the house and didn’t prep the surface properly. Now I have a job that looks like it was not done with completely untouched gutters. In the back they informed me last minute that they would not be able to do the simple carpentry, now I’m going back and forth trying to schedule a time when they can come out, finish the carpentry and finish the powerwashing, though for much of the house it’s too late. They also left garbage in the yard and on the roof when they left. Pictures included for proof. Complete opposite of professional, their workmen even teased my dogs through the window while i was in room.
