We chose to work with CertaPro to have our deck painted because we were on a tight timeline getting our house ready to sell, and in talking with the sales rep, it seemed like he understood our timing needs and could promise a job turnaround within 2 weeks, weather permitting. There were some rainy days in those 2 weeks, so we’re understanding that it didn’t happen exactly on that timeline. Unfortunately as soon as the deposit was paid, he stopped responding to my emails and phone calls where I was seeking info on the status of our contract. (An automated email from CertaPro’s docusign service of a previous version of the contract was making it appear like we hadn’t signed the contract yet, even though we had.) After that 2 week period had passed, I bypassed him and called the office only to find out he had not even passed our project info on to the next team and so we weren’t in the scheduling system. Thankfully Nathan got our project in the works quickly after that, and Jesus and his team did a nice job with the paint. We also hired them to do some deck board replacements, and it’s evident that the business has them select the cheapest deck boards possible. They are significantly more splintered and rougher to stand on than the rest of the deck. Photo of original deck board on the left, replacement on the right.

We were totally impressed from start to finish with the professional yet personable performance with all of our Certa Pro contacts. First we met Martin who came and listened to our needs and gave us our estimate – he was just lovely person. Next, Nathan came and examined the work to done and determine paint colors and explain the process. Finally Duniel and a co worker came as scheduled and did the work. Sadly, I did not get the name of this co-worker who did a lions share of the prep and painting. He was one of the hardest workers we have ever seen – careful exacting beautiful paint work. At the end , Duniel came back and reviewed the entire job. Loved every aspect of working with Certa pro including Amanda in the Portland office who helped me navigate the on line payment process. we will recommend Certa Pro and certainly call them if we have any future painting needs. To be clear, it was the excellence of the actual workers and how genuine they were that made us so happy.

I hired CertaPro to paint the trim and soffets only on my house. This isn’t a “fun” job in general…..! The team was courteous, respectful of my gardens, etc and there was not ANY paint chip debris left anywhere. I do recommend them.

I wish to express my deep satisfaction and gratitude for a job accomplished with no issues, problems or conflicts. My crew chief with CertaPro was Daniel, not certain I am spelling it correctly. This is a two-story 1898 house with 26 windows. All trim was painted by hand. The job took 3.5 consecutive days. Some carpentry was involved. The price was reasonable. The workers are polite, professional, task-focused and friendly. I am so pleased, I paid the crew a bonus. I have never done that with a contractor, and I am 77 years old.
