My 3000+ square foot home was built in 1940 and had not been painted in nearly 20 years. Extensive work was needed to remove extensive organic matter, stains, old paint, and decaying wood. I contacted the Gainesville Painting Company to inquire about painting the exterior of my home after contacting three other painting companies who declined the job due to the issues described above. Each day, the team (Joey and Dwayne) arrived and worked non-stop, with diligence and professionalism that is rarely found in others. Their attention to every detail was extremely impressive and is unmatched in my experience with other painters and paint companies that I have contracted with in the past for both my home and rental properties. They explained plans for addressing each unexpected issue as it occurred and even offered recommendations about color choices/options and architectural details. Along with their clear expertise and skill, Joey and Dwayne were also extremely polite, helpful, cheerful, and patient in answering my questions. They texted each morning to let me know what time they would arrive and often stayed to work until dusk. Devin, the owner of the company, completed two inspections of the home on separate days prior to providing an initial quote and then met with me to discuss every detail of the project prior to beginning the work. He communicated with me daily and was also always extremely responsive, professional, and patient. He quoted a fair price for the amount of work that was needed and stayed within his quoted price. After the job was completed, Devin returned to inspect and we found a few minor areas that needed to be addressed. The team returned within just a few days and completed this work with no extra charge. The final, completed project was of superb quality. I highly recommend Devin (Gainesville Painting Company) and the entire team for any painting needs that may arise and have complete confidence in calling upon them again when I am ready to paint the interior of my home.

Devin and his team were a pleasure to work with and a breath of fresh air! I had a few wood rot issues to troubleshoot and he was so helpful to help me problem solve and correct the issues so the paint job would look its best. It’s a rarity to find a team that’s willing to go the extra mile and their kindness and professionalism shined through ultimately leading me to select them for the job and be impressed with the finished result! I had a few exterior homes they painted as well as a deck and fence stain and they were thorough and communicated with me all the way to completion. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them!
