Thank you, Nick and crew showed up and remodeled my grandmother’s house after a shady company in Florence could not handle this size job. He did the hardwood floors and painted them. Took down a wall to make it an open floor plan. They cleaned up after themselves each day. Nick thought it would be a five day job and actually finished a day early. Thank you so much. The price we paid was definitely worth it. I’ll be recommending this company to anyone in the Pee Dee/Florence area!!!! Great job, guys!!!!!

I highly recommend Nick’z Renovation for any historical home renovation project. They were fantastic from start to finish. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry, provided a detailed quote within 24 hours and started the project exactly as scheduled. They went above and beyond, patching, painting, and refinishing various elements throughout the house (walls, doors, trim, casing, fireplace), all while staying true to the home’s 1915 character. They even custom-built a side counter using leftover materials, minimizing waste and creating a unique touch. The crew was always courteous and responsive to my requests, big or small. They quickly addressed any questions or concerns I had. Overall, Nick’z Renovation exceeded my expectations. They worked from 8:30 AM until 7pm for 5 days until the job was done to our satisfaction. The quality of work was excellent. The prices were more than reasonable. We were very satisfied with the finished product. Nick really cares about doing a good job . I will definitely use again and recommend to anyone looking for house painters .

These Guys came out to our SC Church and was able to detect the problem, or at least what seemed to be the problem. Offered same day service, at a reasonable rate and got the job done. Thank you Nick, and your worker for coming out. Unified Believers Pastor
