My wife and I recently used Michael Greenstein and his team to repaint our home in Rancho Santa Fe. The experience was exceptionally good, the work was done expertly and very professionally. I doubt that there could have been a better experience. Michael was very responsive and his pricing very competitive. His team was excellent and a pleasure to work with, arriving early, working diligently and observing Covid restrictions. Any specific needs that we asked for were accommodated extremely quickly and professionally. The house looks new, despite its age. I can not thank Michael enough!! I would recommend Greenstein Resource Group to anyone needing house painting without any reservation. They are the BEST!

Michael Greenstein Co painted our Encinitas home in June 1920. We’ve had our home painted several times over the past 32 years and Michael Greenstein and team did the best job ever. The quote was fair and the team led by Poncho was super capable, professional, responsive, and always courteous. Their stucco repair was very thorough and the paint coverage was excellent. We were completely satisfied and our home looks great.

Michael Greenstein and his team painted our house 3 months ago and did a fantastic job. The job started at the beginning of the COVID quarantine and Nazario and Alex we very professional throughout their time spent on this project . They took 2/3 days prepping the house by doing stucco repair/retexturing , filling the dry rot/termite damage, and power washing the house. They painted the house, garage doors, front door, and the exterior wood fence and gates. They left the house and yard were spotless. We couldn’t be happier. Jay and I received several quotes and Michael was very reasonable. He was referred by a friend who was very happy with the work and we have since referred Greenstein Painting to someone else who was also extremely pleased with the work.

It was a very bad experience to say the least. I strongly suggest you use another company. The bid on the project told us it would take 6 to 8 weeks to paint our complex took over 6 months before they finished. the Painting was fair at best. They painted sections of the complex different shades and then had to repaint it. They came back to us and said they underbid the project and wanted more money. After they had painted just one of the five buildings. I thought they were out of business just found they are still listed with the BBB. with a A+ rating which to me is very wrong. I could list many more problems we had with them but I tell anyone who is thinking of hiring them to think long and hard about it. It was the biggest mistake that our HOA has made in over 10 years that I have been on the board of directors.
