From the moment upon meeting Todd for the original estimate, he was a real professional…on time, careful, kind and patient. When it came to the actual day/time of the job, he texted me the night before and in the morning. He reviewed with his painter, Rich, the various details involved. Rich was here for 7 days. He was a very easy person to have around. He was prompt, arriving at 8am every day and worked very carefully to see that every single detail was done correctly and professionally. He was very helpful as well, moving things around and careful to cover the floors and furniture. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Todd and South Bay are an exceptional company. This year he powerwashed our pavers in our backyard and they came out beautiful. Loved putting out furniture on our newly cleaned pavers. I contacted him to do the work and within two days of my initial call he was at our house to do the job. His pricing is very fair. Last year he stained our cedar fence and this year it still looks great.Todd is a great craftsman and we will be calling him for all our power washing and painting needs.
