Upon buying a new house, I reached out to a few local painting vendors but no one answered in a timely manner except Cliff and his team. I appreciated the speed his team did the estimate and the speed the crew painted my house. I had no issues with the team whatsoever. Very friendly, and very professional. Cliff came in person to do the estimation and the explanation of the estimation and gave options. I really appreciated that. Any paint work, I will contact Cliff and CertaPro painters from here on. I also tell everyone that talks about needing a painter to contact Cliff. Thanks CertaPro for the great work, keep it up.

When getting quotes for a project, my first impression of the individual who shows up to give the estimate is important to me. You were personable, but efficient and very knowledgeable. This immediately set a positive tone for me. The next thing that is important to me, is that the workmen show up at the appointed time ready to work. It is also important to me that the workmen not look like they just got out of prison because my wife is present. David and the lady with him were perfect. In my years of doing service work for individuals it was inevitable that a problem would occur. What makes the difference is how you handle that problem. When the gutter problem occurred you handled it perfectly. I can sum all of this up by saying I am highly satisfied. Thank you.
