The HOA for my rental property in Clermont informed me that the exterior of the home needed to be painted. (I live in Maryland) I contacted John for a quote and shortly after he visited the home to see what was required. He quoted an excellent price, especially considering some of the many issues he found… the exterior was extremely dirty, stair step cracks in walls, paint badly faded and chipping and much more. He also found damaged sheet rock on the ceiling of the screened porch and recommended a company to repair that before he painted it. I couldn’t be in Florida when the work was being done but John made it a breeze for me by keeping me informed of what was being done, step by step, throughout the complete process. He power washed the whole exterior including pavers, the rear patio, and even the wooden gates. My tenant reported that the tankless hot water heater on the outside of the house stopped working. John looked into it and found that water had been getting into the receptacle outlet box for quite some time and that the outlet and box would need to be replaced. He ran one of his own extension cords from a working outlet to the heater so the tenants would have hot water until I could have an electrician come out! I mean, who does that? John does! He always goes the extra mile and never overlooks any little detail. There are so many other little things John made sure to address such as removing the house number plaque and not only painting it, but painted the numbers too! The home had been an ugly faded green for years so we chose an HOA approved blue color for the body and white for the trim. The finished product looks simply amazing! We couldn’t be any happier with the excellent job John did! I would highly recommend having him paint your home too! Thank you so much John for all you did for us! Greg

John did a wonderful and thorough job painting the exterior of our house. He takes his time cleaning, repairing cracks, applying sealant, and putting on a nice thick coat of paint that will stand up to weather and time. Our house looks beautiful now and we couldn’t be happier.
