No attention to detail. A three day job ended up taking six days. The bid was the highest and Rob emphasized the extra details they did that others did not. That was not the case. Several areas were missed ( they forgot to paint between windows for example)and many small wall repairs were subpar or not completed as promised. I would love to be able to post pics. Rush job on the last rooms because only Rob showed up for the first 4 days putting them behind on other projects. I felt like i was being gaslighted every time I pointed out an issue. I still have to get my nephew to go behind them and make some minor repairs and paint places that were missed.(at least the ones that can be reached with my ladder). I gave up on them fixing the oval window that was discussed with pics in texts that i offered to pay extra to fix but was told – no worries, thats the kind of extra stuff we provide. I won’t go into the details of the other hassles except to say professionals should leave their personal issues at home instead of allowing arguing, yelling and name calling in my house. What i anticipated to be an enjoyable experience turned out to be a stressful nightmare.

He did a good job my walls so thats why i’m giving him 2 stars. But my kitchen cabinets I told him they didn’t match and wasn’t happy with them and he acted like he didn’t care. Didn’t even offer to come and try to fix the problem. He’s a nice guy but wasn’t happy with his work. Won’t use again.

Rob Goodacre and his crew of two did an excellent job painting the interior of my home. They do a great job cleaning up each day when they are done. I felt very good leaving them in the house alone. I highly recommend Carolina Superior Painting.

Thank you to Carolina Superior Painting for making our downstairs look brand new and beautiful. They were meticulous and took their time to do it right. Our house looks amazing! The biggest transformation was in our dining room from brown to blue. Check out the photos for some before and after shots. Thank you to Rob and his team for living up to their name.
