Hans is very charming and he promises much. However, he didn’t supervise his crew doing the job, which resulted in incorrect paint colors for rooms. One room wasn’t to be painted, but yet the crew did. Hans also wasn’t aware that he should always prime over older paint job before new applications. So all wood frames/doors/back of stairs painted are now CONSTANTLY chipping, and I have to CONSTANTLY scrape tiny white chips off the wood floors. Paint is peeling, like as if you were to remove Scotch tape from a surface. In addition to incorrect painted room colors, he didn’t didn’t use correct paint in main bathroom that works with moisture from showering. So now that area is also chipping. Hans and crew didn’t meet the deadline for completing the job. After I moved in, I kept calling for correction of issues- some he tried to fix, but paint is still chipping today and on our final call he basically stated that he quit the job and faked a disconnection on the phone- with no answer to further calls. Initial perception- I really liked Hans, but his follow up and professionalism failed him in the end. Hans, you spoke about leaving your employer and branching out on your own business, just remember Proverbs 10:9 and Luke 16:10-12.
