Dealings with Ralph were unprofessional. Multiple email exchanges occurred regarding a property to be estimated. The CertaPro representative did inspect the work and provided images. Ralph S. recontacted about the condition of the premises and asked who should receive the estimate. The contact to receive the estimate was provided, and nothing followed. After several days, Ralph was emailed about the status the expected estimate, but the email received no response. A few days later yet the following email was sent, and again ignored: “Hello Ralph, As no quote or response has been received regarding … Wall Repair inspected last Wednesday, are we to assume that CertaPro Painters of Merrick is not bidding the project? Please confirm.”

Chris and his team were awesome to deal with. Communication was great ! They removed all debris. Some windows had signs of mist of paint which they offered to return and take care of. We were very happy using them. Would highly recommend this company.

I was not happy The job was not monitored by salesperson except when he came to pick up money and I had a chance to point things out The exterior was not done to my satisfaction It was not prepped for painting other than being power washed The exterior shakes had gaps between shakes and roof that should have been filled in prior to painting and reported this They made excuses Made an attempt, but a shabby one I found missing spots in one of the bedrooms that were painted Would not recommend I had used Certa Pro in the past with a different sales person That’s why I used again This time very disappointed

I can’t say enough great things about CertaPro in Merrick. Chris and his team were great! On time, neat, and professional. The price was excellent too. They even finished in the time frame they told me and I was shocked because it was such a big job. I would recommend CertaPro to anyone. Thank you so much.

I was very pleased with Certa Pro of Merrick. We hired them to do an entire interior house painting along with wall repair.They were professional, reliable, clean and courteous. A big shout out to Mike the project manager who oversaw the job and kept us informed every step of the way. Ralph the owner, included a complementary exterior chimney painting as well. I would highly recommend this company and would use them again.

The painters were skilled at their job BUT they did not protect my property from being painted on. There is paint on the plants (which was was explained to me that there would be some damage), paint on furniture, glass windows, mail box and hose nozzle. I explained to Chris my displeasure. While he was most energetic about us signing off on completing the job, there was no follow up on our complaints. One of the worst feelings when having work done on your home is not feeling like its complete.

I had a great experience with Certapro. Chris the project manager was very attentive and listened to my concerns patiently. He would always respond if I had questions. They did an excellent job painting my living room, upstairs tv room & son’s bedroom. They used Benjamin Moore paint. I would highly recommend this company to paint your home . It was a little costly, but well worth it. You get what you pay for, so it’s good to pay for the best Certapro!
