I searched and searched for a quality contractor to remove wallpaper and paint my kitchen. After meeting with about seven contractors, I met with the President (Scott) of Sheldon and Sons. Scott provided an explanation of the process and the length of time it would take to complete the work. The painters, Sam (the leader) and team, were punctual, professional, respectful, and took pride in their work. They went above and beyond my expectation. The team was phenomenal! The crew completed the kitchen in two days and left the area neat and clean. We are in the process of scheduling our next project. Sheldon and Sons are awesome, and I would highly recommend this company! Dawn Pearson

We contacted Sheldon & Sons to complete some exterior paint work in order to prepare a home for settlement. We were given a prompt estimate from the company and the work was scheduled in a timely manner. My wife and I traveled from Delaware to Baltimore to meet the painters on the day the work was scheduled. The painting crew was prompt and worked diligently to get all of the work completed that day. They were very professional and made sure all of the required repairs were completed as detailed in the estimate. I would highly recommend Sheldon & Sons for your painting needs.

The Sheldon team fro estimate to fine tuning could not have been easier or of more quality. Their service is high quality and their communication was outstanding. The team under Todd’s direction did a high quality job that was impressive and sure to last on the exterior. Kenny’s work on the interior was outstanding as well. You cannot go wrong with this team.

Unfortunately, I can’t say how good they are. Their quote for painting our house was about 13,000.00 more than 3 other quotes we received.

The experience I had with this company will go down in history as one of the most offensive I have ever had. I called and made an appointment to get an estimate to paint three bathrooms in my house. After confirming all of my information with the office manager, including where I lived, we scheduled for the estimator to come out on a Wednesday. They called a few hours before the appointment and said they would not be able to make the appointment and that they would be there on Thursday. No problem. Then Thursday come around. Thursday afternoon, just hours from the appointment, that they rescheduled, they call my husband and after beating around the bush tell us that they do not feel safe going into certain parts of the city, and because they are a higher end company people in my area cannot afford their services. Simply, the estimator assumed I am poor, and live in a third world country. I live in a beautiful house which has been featured in the Baltimore Sun in their My Dream Home section. My area host one of the largest synagogues in Baltimore, and they basically insulted not just me, but everyone in my area. The fact that this company is sending someone like that into peoples homes is disgraceful. I personally make over 6 figures a year. For someone to assume that I cannot afford their services speaks volumes about this person and the company for whom they work. TL;DR I would not recommend this company at all.

My wife and I hired Sheldon and Sons to paint four rooms in our house and were so pleased with the entire process. We scheduled the initial visit online and it could not have been easier. Scott arrived on time and turned a proposal around quickly. We added some items after accepting the proposal and they were very accommodating to those changes. Painting began within a week and took two days. The crew at our house was very friendly. Our foreman would text updates through out the day and was very easy to talk to. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

It was a pleasure to deal with Sheldon & Sons every step of the way. I requested an estimate for my painting project on their web site, and they arrived promptly at the scheduled date and time. They provided me with a thorough and reasonably priced proposal on the same day as their site visit. Sheldon & Sons scheduled the work within one week of my acceptance of their proposal. The crew arrived at the scheduled time and did a very professional job. I am very happy with their service. Sheldon and Sons is a first-class organization.

Overall we were happy with the end result but we did have to call them back for an additional five hours of work as they rushed through the job and missed some details the first time.

We recently decided to freshen up several areas of our home. After we prepared a work list of the items we wanted to do we contacted Sheldon and Sons to do the work. It turned out to be four days work for two painters. The men arrived on time as scheduled and were very professional and courteous. They arrived in the morning, worked very effectively and efficiently all day, cleaned up and left at the end of the day. The experience was very good and professional. I have highly recommended Sheldon and Sons to my family and friends. I would not hesitate to use them again. Great Job.
