We needed excellent house painters with top-notch carpentry skills, to address a range of older-house issues including holes from carpenter bees and some rain-damaged siding. These folks were fantastic–the repairs were excellent and, after the paint job, the house looked fresh and new. Passers-by compliment its new look. I’d happily use them again.

Ben came over quickly to look at the job and gave me an estimate on the same day! He was super nice and professional. The team that did the work arrived on time and it looked great. I had my front porch repainted and a kitchen ceiling drywall repair and repainted. I can’t even tell there was a hole there. Everything looks great and the paint matched perfectly! Prices were reasonable. I highly recommend!

Certa Pro Painters painted the exterior of our home in 2021 and we have had so many issues since then. They warranty their work, so they did come out and attempt to address the issues that we knew of within the first year, but these issues have continued ever since. I’m writing this review now because I shouldn’t have to be considering repainting my entire home exterior (at a cost of $10,000+ dollars) less than five years after we had it painted the first time. The crew that did our paint did not do an adequate prep job. Our paint continues to swell and bubble at locations all over the house, which means it did not adhere correctly because of moisture/dirt underneath. Essentially, the surface was not cleaned/sanded appropriately prior to application. All the crew did was a quick pressure wash, and they didn’t even use a cleaner. Additionally, we have rot around several windows, which I’ve been told (by multiple other contractors) is a result of painting over damaged wood. At the time of painting, we were told that they only spotted a few areas of wet/damaged wood, and we took care of those spots before they painted. Finally, the crew that painted my home said that had we hired them directly (instead of going through Certa Pro) we could have paid up to 25% less. I didn’t realize that they don’t have their own crews… they win the work and then go find smaller companies to actually do the work. Some of them may do a fantastic job. And some may not.

Was originally skeptical but Rolondo and his team came out and did an excellent job. They pressure washed and replaced ALL the rotted wood and bad masonite siding, sealed and caulked the entire exterior before painting and the paint job looks great. They were on-time daily and worked thru the day and finished as scheduled. Cleaned up yard after. Price was a little bit above the middle of my 3 estimates and that was ok. Get this paint crew and you will not be disappointed!
