This is one of a disappearing working person’s shop that delivers SO much better service than a big box store. I needed a part for repairing a window and they had an EXACT match for my part. And this is a part that I couldn’t even find on-line, and DEFINITELY nothing at HD or Lowe’s. They were very friendly, efficient, and had some great suggestions on the repair. No attempt at over-selling, but helpful advice on what to watch for if additional actions were indicated. If you support local businesses who provide GREAT and friendly service with even better sourcing that on-line or big box stores (and why wouldn’t you?), then this is your place. I’d reached out to Kerbler & Co. for a replacement window screen and a sliding door screen. I got a call back right away, but I did have to wait a bit for an estimate/measurements (they were booked a few weeks out). The office manager was really friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the day of my install, the installer said my door frame was so bowed that they couldn’t put in the sliding screen door I had hoped for (which was the only downside of the experience with Kerbler… I wish they’d have caught that when measuring / giving me an estimate versus when they came to install). They did install the window screen for me, and because the frame on that was bowed as well and made the screen wrinkle, the installer took it back out to his truck and adjusted it so was perfectly flat. He did a great job. While I’m disappointed that I wasn’t able to get the sliding screen, I was really impressed with their team and overall happy with the experience!

We had 3 custom glass shelves made to fit in our rounded curio cabinet. It had wooden shelves to begin with and we brought one in and they used it as a template. The shelves turned out to be sized perfectly when we received them. They looked great and the edges were polished smooth and looked wonderful. The turn around time was around 3 weeks for these 3 custom shelves.

If you have your window broken just take it off and bring it here same day repair if you bring it before 10:00 a.m., this is amazing
