The process from sales to installation was fantastic. Dennis did a great job in guiding us on options for the windows we bought, which were 30 in total and nicely priced. The installation was performed by Pablo and his team. Those guys made it look easy despite a few of what I’d deem difficult removals and installations. 2 days later we had 30 windows installed and everything cleaned up as if they’d never been there. I can’t say enough about how impressed I was with them. Finally, the day after installation was complete, the owner reached out to me for feedback on how things went which was a pleasant surprise. Other contractors I’ve recently worked with weren’t as diligent about following up so I appreciated the gesture and got the sense he genuinely cares about his customers and his employees. If you need windows, give Pinnacle a call. You won’t be sorry.

What an amazing job Steve and his crew did. They were very professional, easy to work with and did an impressive job replacing 16 windows for me. I can already tell such a huge difference in the noise reduction and with the temperature. Highly recommend them!

Pinnacle Windows and Siding provided a great product, value and service. The process started with sales that was totally devoid of gimmicks and games, VERY pleasant, informative, and easy. Cole in the office continually checked in with us to make sure of our schedule. Finally Pablo’s teams arrived on time and informed of everything they were installing. They finished off our happiness with both continual relaxed comforting communication and delivering the perfect install. We could not be happier.

Just had our windows replaced by Pinnacle Window & Siding of Woodstock. 51 windows done in 2 days! What an amazing job by Pablo and his team during the installing. The team was on time, professional and did everything to our satisfaction. The job site was clean and they treated our house with perfect care. The windows are fantastic. Thanks also to Dennis during the sales process and to Colt who managed the logistics of the job, keeps us updated on our order status and installation schedule. Found these folks when they did my daughter’s windows and was impressed with the workmanship and speed. When the time came a few weeks back for our windows to be done we called them and the job they did was perfect – every window looked pristine. They were even able to replace a large window in the master bath with a dual pane unit with textured glass. We got the xenon filled windows which has made a great difference in internal temperatures. The excellent workmanship caused us to decide on another project: replacing our front door and sidleights. Yesterday the same crew came out and in less than three hours had replaced the entire door, frame and sidelights: again, excellent workmanship, excellent quality, and the installation now matches the windows. Pinnacle is prompt, professional, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Pinnacle did a great job on our window replacement project. We had 12 windows replaced with eco-600 series. Steve and his crew were on time both days and did a great job. They had great attention to detail and was very knowledgeable about what they were doing. More importantly his team was very thorough with cleaning up everything as they went along. The project took a day and a half, as the weather wasn’t cooperative. But overall I’m very pleased and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing windows.

I had several large well known window people quote our needs and several others more local. We decided on the Pinnacle windows and extremely glad we did!! Order was received as requested & in the timing that they quoted. Installation Team was EXCELLENT . Pricing from otheres allowed us only to replace 10-12 windows with Pinnacle we replaced 20 . Highly Recommend this company for your window needs !! We are getting them to quote additional windows now as our house has a total of 36 windows . GIVE THEM A CALL IF YOU NEED WINDOWS !!
