15-20 yrs ago Crawford removed old Garage door and installed a new one. Ive never forgotten their professional work and personal service, so when the Opener needed maintenance this past week I didn’t hesitate to call them. The person who warmly greeted me on the phone set up a service call, and by 2 pm the friendly and skilled workman had completed everything. Crawford Door Systems will always be my “go to” for Garage Doors.

This is the worst garage door company that I have ever spoken to in my life. I called this company to get an estimate on two garage doors. They scheduled an appointment when someone would come out to my home. When this company arrived at my house a few days later, a worker showed up who just measured my garage doors. She gave me no information and I was told that someone would contact me. I was contacted by email and given a link to the Clopay website and asking me to send Ashley specifics. There is no customer service, no brochures to review and no advice from a sales person regarding a purchase. If you are looking for any kind of customer service, stay far away from this company.
