Called because I was having problems with a garage door. Over the phone, he walked me through some steps to take for potential fixes, which I appreciate. However, when those fixes didn’t work, I called to schedule him out and spoke to who I assume is his wife since it’s a small family owned business. She told me he’d call back, and he never did. I ended up calling someone else.

I had a spring break on my door and called…Greg came out the next day and clamped my spring and made some recommendations for me. He recommended that I consider replacing my opener that was in stalled in 1993. He also pointed out some defects in my existing door. He indicated that he could replace the springs, or I could invest in a new opener, door or both. He left some materials to review for new doors. No pressure or harassment to move in any direction. He explained that his repair to the spring could last a day or several years, there was no way to determine when it might break again. (He did not charge us for the service call to repair the spring, but I was very happy not to have to lift the door on my own anymore). After a week or so, my wife and I decided to replace the door and opener. Once all the parts were in, Greg contacted me and installed the door and my wife and i couldn’t be happier with the door and installation. Greg cleaned everything up and left the garage better than it was when he got there. He fully explained all the features of the new opener and explained all the safety features. I would recommend Greg to any family member or friend who may need a garage door or service.
