Very disappointing experience and buyers regret. We had 27 windows and one door replaced by Champion in March 2024. Overall the windows seem really cheap. The first week all the handles on our casement windows fell off. I don’t even like opening the windows because they seem so flimsy.The exterior is a bronze color and is already chipping off. Around the windows and door already need to be recaulked. All the upstairs windows are missing the caps that hide the screws and holes. One window is a discolored yellow on the inside. The door handle is the wrong color and the lock is bent. We’ve had two service appointments to install a screen that we never received and to replace another damaged screen and the service person never showed up or called either appointments. Overall I’ve never been so disappointed with a purchase or company. I feel like it was a huge waste of money.

Champion was very easy to work with and promptly responsive to any questions I had. This was an insurance claim and they worked directly with the company to resolve any issues. The rebuild was done efficiently and done with quality materials. The employees doing the construction were very friendly and always explained what they were doing and how the job was going. This rebuild presented some unique challenges and Champion met them head on.

Good product, excellent installation crew. Salesman lied about several items and the measurement person made mistakes on all 5 windows which necessitated a reorder and an additional 35 day delay.

These guys had a great product and did a great job. Installers were the best! Few hiccups up and down the road but everything got taken care of with no issues at all. Thanks.

Working with Ryan was great. He listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. He was no pressure and came in with a quote that was less than what i anticipated. Hopefully the installation will be as outstanding as Ryan was

It was years ago but I’m still forced to see the horrible job. No generic, excuses filled response is necessary. If I could put zero, I would. No it is not a “lifetime warranty”. “Our Champion doors always work”. Nope. Honor the contract? Nope. Come out and fix the absolutely horrendous work? Nope. Fix the roof twice and it still leaks? Yes. “Our speciality are sun rooms”. Nope. This was around 2015, so I’m late with this review. I was just reminded yet again of their shoddy work as I took a stroll through the sun room. None of the doors slide smoothly like they bragged about. None. The only reason the roof doesn’t leak anymore is because they didn’t fix it, someone else did. They wanted more thousands before they fixed their own mistakes. Why would I pay for something that still wasn’t properly built? Of course nothing I can do about it. And Please don’t respond with some fake nonsense about how you care about customers, we already tried that for about 18 months after the fact. We could have sued but that costs more and they know it. Hands are tied. Sun room is still a pathetic eye sore. Four doors. None of them close smoothly and only one of them locks properly. I truly feel sorry for anyone who gets screwed like us. Don’t believe the lifetime warranty. Good luck.

Ryan’s presentation was very informative, the quotes he gave us matched up with other companies selling inferior products. The promos available that day along with great financing is what sold us but Ryan made us feel very comfortable with our decision to choose Champion for our new home. He’s very personable and knowledgeable about the products he’s selling and we’re looking forward to working with him.
