I have had the pleasure working with Katie Horton. She was highly recommended by a co-worker of mine. Their compliments of her were spot on. Katie got back to me right away from my initial email to schedule to talk the next day. She was extremely polite, professional and eager to help with our project. After discussing our project and answering our questions she provided a quote the same day. She followed up the next day to ensure it was received and if I had any questions at that point in time. I stopped in for the first time to get some quotes and take a look at their patio doors and casement windows. I spoke to both Rita Drum and Frank Kinczel. They were both very knowledgeable on the products details and pricing. Beautiful showroom. Would recommend.
