Chad was very helpful in letting me know what needed to be done to service the door. Very pleased with the cost. Took time to explain what he was doing. Said our unit was fine but if we didn’t want it as noisy he could suggest another unit. When I told him we were fine with the one already installed,he did not try to push a new one on us.Appreciate the service and letting helping set up remote. Would highly recommend Don’s Garage Door Repair.

Jovan and his helper were awesome! My Garage door system was in pretty bad shape. They gave me options to fix and installed a really nice system. They had everything on the truck and knocked it out. The job they did looks and works great. They were both very personable and great to work with. Much Appreciated!!

I am a “worry free club member” since serviced last year. The service tech was nice and did a great job but when he finished he said I owed a $59 service fee since I called for an appointment and did not make it online. I said the email reminder said to “call now “ for your “free tune- up appointment” No mention of service fee anywhere. I didn’t pay and they lost a customer.
