Oh my God these people should be under arrest. There’s no way no way in hell they can justify what they’re selling or pushing for $70,000 if you’re stupid enough to check one place out and you deserve to lose your money to the salesman. In fact, I suggest you get your quote before they do their spiel to keep yourself from pulling your gun out and shooting them right there and burying the body in the backyard Cause I was close to it I’m sure they rip a lot of older people off. I’m telling you. Cyanide and bury them in the yard if they are comfortable with selling him $70,000 windows and they don’t care about you. So I would say to you be prepared be prepared for a swindle. They should be prepared for poisoning poison poison poison them so they won’t screw somebody else specially all person that doesn’t have common sense.

I would give zero stars if I could. The entire experience has been a nightmare. We got new windows in 2020. The communication was non-existent. My husband and I took multiple days off work for them to no-show or show up with the wrong equipment. Once they came without a tall enough ladder. Most recently, we had a window with a broken seal that needed to be replaced. It took months to get the new window. When they came to replace it, they removed the broken window and broke it before checking to make sure the replacement window would fit. Guess what? They brought the wrong size. They took zero responsibility and blamed the manufacturer. They had to reinstall the broken window and we have been living with this eye sore since 2/28. They said they would put a rush on it, but we haven’t heard anything yet. It’s a terrible business for customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Edit from our orginal review: this company is working to make up for the below issue. The VP of marketing and sales came out. Richard L and was able to give us a quote based on what we wanted. The price was close to what we expected and we are now looking to have him come back to look at our windows. Based on the level of experience we’re hopeful in their attempts to make this a thing of the past. We are in the market for a 8ft tall 6ft wide pivot door in a special finish and Jessica said we’re below their minimum. This is extremely disappointing considering ESW passed our information along and said they would help us out. Extremely poor customer service considering the project is not cheap.
