They were able to get my 2 cabinet glass door inserts right away. They were cut perfectly, great customer service, and their prices are fantastic. As a contractor, I’ll be using them for all my glass needs going forward. I’d highly recommend them.

I had a window with broken glass that needed replacement. I initially contacted a nearby glass company and received a quote based on my description. However, upon arriving with the window, they increased the price significantly from the original quote. Disappointed, I decided to reach out to Sasser’s Glass Works and provided them with the same description. They offered me a fair price, similar to the original quote from the first company. Upon my arrival, they confirmed the price and assured me it would be completed within two hours. True to their word, when I returned, the window was expertly repaired and looked beautiful. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Sasser’s Glass Works were professional and pleasant to deal with. Despite being a bit farther from my home, I have decided to always use their services. It’s truly refreshing to work with such an honest company.

I had a great experience with Sasser glass. I had a shelving unit with solid shelves which I wanted to replace with something clear. I tried numerous online retailers but the prices for custom sized glass or scratch resistant acrylic was much higher than I expected. Someone recommended I check for a local glass company so I gave Sasser a call. The first time I called a man answered the phone, took down my info and what I wanted to order, then said he’d call back in a few minutes with a quote. I didn’t get a call back at all that day. I called the next day and spoke to a very nice woman who was able to get me my quote immediately while I was on the line. (I’m guessing the person who answered the day before didn’t know how to do the quotes and took my info to pass on to the woman who did, and either took my number down incorrectly, forgot, or lost it). I was honestly ecstatic with the price. The pieces I got were 1/4″ tempered glass, 47 3/8″ x 17 5/16″. I won’t include the price since I’m not sure if that’s allowed, but it was literally HALF of what I was being quoted online, and they offered to polish all four edges for just $10. I had planned to get two panels and leave one shelf solid to save money, but with Sasser I ended up getting all 3 shelves done cheaper than I would have paid for 2 online. I placed the order by phone using a credit card. They didn’t have an order number or invoice (everything was referenced by phone number), but did offer to email me a confirmation of my order if I needed one. I ordered the glass mid-day Friday and got a call the next Friday morning that my glass was ready. When I went to pick it up the woman at the counter was very nice and friendly. She and another employee carried the glass and loaded it into my car no problem. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The glass panels look great and are perfectly sized. They were not boxed or wrapped, but did have adhesive squares of cork across the entire surface to cushion it. I brought some blankets to wrap the panels in just to be safe and would recommend doing the same but it probably isn’t entirely necessary. Overall I highly recommend Sasser and will be going to them for any future projects.

I had such a stellar experience with mirror replacement that I couldn’t live with myself if I didn’t share it! I had a monster job – 2nd floor condo with floor to ceiling mirrored walls – 1 of the 4 mirror panels in the master bedroom was BROKEN during flooring install – no one would have taken this job because there was a high risk that removing/replacing the one (1) broken panel would cause the 2 adjacent panels to break 🙁 BUT … Sasser’s got it done impeccably with a 3-man crew (Ryan, Nick & Irwin) – a very fluid team who knows how to effectively communicate with one another!! The entire process was literally seamless – Ryan expertly removed the broken panel then he and Nick (with Irwin’s help) got the new panel upstairs & installed in a timely & expert fashion. NO additional breakage anywhere and not even ONE shard of broken mirror glass left behind … and done on a Saturday to accommodate by full-time work week schedule! I’ve long known Sasser’s proficiency with windows … I now know they are equally as apt with mirrors as well … Don’t call anyone else!!!

Never leave your car next to one of their company trucks. My car was slammed into by the passenger car door of the person getting inside the truck. It wasn’t a soft hit but a very hard one which took the paint off my driver side door leaving a visible scratch. I called to complain which the lady who answered the first time was very polite. The second call was unprofessional and rudely dealt with by a lady who answered the second time. I would have let this whole situation go if the guy who hit my with his door had apologized but he was nonchalant about the whole thing which led up to my complaint. Shame on your workers.

Sophie at Sasser is the best! I am a real estate developer and I deal with many contractors and tradespeople on a daily basis. I have quickly found Sophie and the team at Sasser to be very professional and prompt in follow-up…and pleasant to deal with…which unfortunately is not the norm today.
