The Family Crew from New South Windows installed windows and sliders at my home yesterday. They were FANTASTIC! They arrived early, were very professional, clean and unobtrusive. They were polite and flexible (I had my irrigation company show a day early but The Family Crew worked flawlessly with them.) They cleaned up impeccably and were done much more quickly than I imagined. Any company would love to be represented by these guys. In all, I had a GREAT experience with The Family Crew. And the New South products I purchased and had installed are everything I hoped for. Thank you Family Crew and New South Windows.

went to their West Palm Beach location to get a quote for impact sliding glass doors. There was no salesman available so I left my contact information. I did not get a call back so I went back. The salesman was there on the second try. He stated they were not going to be the lowest price. He also said the promotion was buy 3 get one free. It is buy 2 get one free on their website. He quoted almost $7000 per door. When I told him we just got another quote from a competitor for half of that he started to disparage them and advised us to check with the BBB. I would advise the same of New South, especially the comments from the Tampa office. They are only rated 3.9 on Google for the WPB location so check that out also.

My latches for my windows have broken 3 times. They don’t even deal with the co mpany that makes the latches now!!! They tell me they have to order from a third party vendor and it takes more than 2 MONTHS TO GET THEM. NOT HAPPY WITH THAT. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Big projects are difficult and things are bound to pop up. When those issues popped up, the people at New South tried their best to make the situation right. It took a few months, but now I have beautiful impact windows. STRONG RECOMMENDATION!: Create a division that can expedite broken windows for your customers. – My main living room window was broken before I hired New South and I had to wait the whole 3 months to get the window replaced. That was extremely frustrating.

Our salesman, Michael Clahane, was very professional in everyway. He knows the product, answered all questions, and showed us the sample of the window we wanted. He kept us informed about install schedule date and stopped by during installation. The install crew was amazing. They installed fourteen windows in eight hours. They covered and protected everything. Minimal dust. One piece of fixed glass had to be replaced with a functional window. They came back in a timely manner and completed our job. Mr. Clahane stopped by after job was complete to make sure there were no problems or questions. We are extremely happy with this company and especially their personal and product!

Michael Clahane was our Factory Representative. He was always quick to respond to our texts from the day we signed the contract to the day the windows were installed. He aways gave us his undivided attention. Office staff came thru too; Melissa, Katie, Ken and Karl all exhibited patience and professionalism. Installers Joseph and Gino were precise, neat and worked hard to protect our walls, floor and landscaping. Martin finished up with a clean edged caulking job. Would not hesitate to recommend New South Windows.
