Far from being professional! This does not represent quality or professionalism on Siding Unlimited LLC. Not only is this unexceptable, but I have been completely ignored by the sales representative for the last month. My fault for being trusting in this company.

Siding Unlimited installed vinyl siding on our house in May of 2024. The price was reasonable and the salesman, Sam, was helpful and attentive. The men who did the installation were professional and quick (they completed the job in three days – they even worked on Mothers Day!) and very considerate of the perennials around our house. Our house looks fantastic and we’ve gotten many compliments from our neighbors. My husband and I highly recommend this business.

Our project was a small ornamental block wall on the outside of a 60 year old home. Our goal was to install matching siding from our newly constructed garage over the ornamental block to tie the two structures visually together. We met with Dayton at the Siding Unlimited showroom. From the get go he knew he could get the project done for us, he just wasn’t exactly certain how. A very long story short: they accepted the project, came up with a plan and with that a very acceptable bid and a rough timeline. The project was soon completed and we are extremely happy with the result. Super company to work with and we cannot thank them enough.

Just had a roof and gutter project completed. Fair estimate, reasonable pricing. Job was completed quickly and done well. Second time using them; they did our patio door with great results as well…would recommend this company. My only issue was we had people randomly showing up to work on the house (other than the scheduled date for the roof)…everything outside, so not a big issue, but would have preferred to know when workers were scheduled to be onsite, even if I did not need to be home

I’m very satisfied with my entire experience with Siding Unlimited. Hired them to replace the siding on my home and install aluminum facia. The house is a 2 story ~2500 Sq. Ft with attached garage. Siding product was LP smart side with the Diamond Kote finish. They use an app called “Hover” which uses photos of the house to work up their estimate and provide a 3D rendering of the project. Made it easy to visualize different trim options and colors before committing to any final selections. Installation details were followed exactly as promised and were very thorough. Existing sheathing was cover with new house wrap and taped. All corners along with bottom sill and areas around windows were flash with aluminum. I was surprised by the extent they used the flashing to seal everything. I was most impressed by the installation crew. Their experience and attention to detail really showed. They cut no corners and did an outstanding job. I expected the job to take 2 – 3 weeks based on what I’ve seen in our neighborhood on similar jobs. My project started on a Monday afternoon and was finished the following Saturday. The project was completed for the price quoted. There were no added cost adjustments.

Very bad experience with Siding Unlimited April 2024. Experienced very poor communications, re-roof job was oversold telling us we were getting their “best roof team we have” only to have job done incorrectly by not connecting bath fan venting to fan roof vents. Having had a terrible mold problem in our attic in the past as a direct consequence of improperly connected bath fan venting, we know more about proper venting than Siding Unlimited does. Ownership response to our discovery of faulty work was “they shook their heads”, essentially assigning blame ON THEIR OWN CONTRACTORS. Wrong. Patch work of replaced skylights subpar, see the photos. If you had your roof replaced by this company, you may want to inspect your attic for mold. No, I wouldn’t recommend Siding Unlimited for any home repair.
