Beyond pleased with the entire process. Kayla was available for questions every step of the way and Chase installed 6 windows for us within one afternoon. Windows arrived and were installed quicker than initially expected, would highly recommend!

I could not he happier with my installation from Window Town. Kayla and David were very thorough taking all of the measurements for my estimate, and I think the price was great. I have an old house with very tall windows, and I don’t believe I could’ve custom ordered all 19 of them and installed them myself for any less than the price that Window Town offered. The fella that performed the installation, Chase, was very knowledgeable and did a superb job, installing all 19 windows in 2 days. From the level of care with the new windows to the cleanup afterwards, he was truly a professional. If you are on the fence about calling them for an estimate, I would definitely do it. I wouldn’t hesitate hiring them again for other projects and I will be recommending them to my friends and family.

Called for a free estimate and the lady didn’t explain anything she was talking about, talked completely over my head and understanding of windows, then reccommended I take out my entire window and bring it to a different store. Pick another company if you want any level of professionalism and knowledge.

Our sales person Kayla from windowtown was so nice at the sales pitch. Then after the second cancelation and i demanded compensation she refused to answear any phone calls. Finally came to install last thursday and the install gentleman did a fantastic job. Nice fella, great work. I hope i never have any problems 🙏 with the windows. Will never order from them again.

I paid this company 4k for windows and they won’t fix the issues or refund any of my money. I told them I was leaving for military training soon and still no response. Stay away
