I had Airtight Windows come out for a quote a few weeks back , and I was really pleased with how prepared Ron came out. He handed me a folder with a copy of his license, the company’s warranty, and hand outs on the Harvey company , along with a copy of their warranty. Not only that but Ron gave me information to Harvey’s show room in Lincoln. Once I went out to see the door and learn more about their products , I was sold. AirTight Windows offers full warranty on their work and Harvey on their products. Thy actually had better reviews than Anderson products through a secondary vendor. I would HIGHLY recommend airtight windows for any installation work and Harvey on their products. It’s unfortunate I did not know of them a year back when I had my windows replaced through a different company .some of those windows right now are drafty and 2 have pressure cracks .. as far as the labor and my beautiful patio door installation. These guys do not take short cuts.. I watched them for hours installing my door . They did an amazing job. I was really impressed, and I’m hard to impress. Have had work after work done here on my 2 units property, so I’ve seen a lot of workers. Eli and Luis are definitely experienced and treated my home with the utmost respect. Very professional and left everything spot clean upon completion . As far as the results , no more drafts and my family room offers such a beautiful and clean look to the outdoors! I have not had to turn on my electric heat in that room.. praise God ! This Harvey door is amazing and offers some safety features that were a bonus . Thank you AirTight Windows.. happy customer here ! Worth every penny.. I do want to add, I was referred by a friend whom had all her windows replaced and too is a happy customer !
