Dave and his team did a great job for us building a composite deck. From the first interaction, Dave’s communication was great. The proposal was detailed and the price was reasonable. They helped us through the permit process and the project was completed quickly, professionally and we are so happy with the final product. David responded quickly to my request to have a quote on window replacement around my house. He gave me various options to choose with good suggestions. On the installation day, he and his crew showed up on time. They even fixed one of the rotten window frames for me. I couldn’t be more happier with the results.

We had our house vinyl sided with Cedar Impressions. The house looks great, service was great! Would recommend DLM Remodeling to anyone looking to have work done! Job was done in a couple of days, very impressed with everyone who was involved! They even made a special trip back to hook up outdoor lights as the ones I purchased didn’t work when installed. The clean up after project was one of the best I have ever seen! Price was very fair and communication was top notch!

DLM installed some windows for my sister a bunch of years back. So I called David M. up in October and they just installed 10 new windows for us. David Was responsive to all emails and texts, and gave an estimate quickly and completed the job in the timeline that was discussed. During the install, the 3 guys were polite, clean and efficient. They completed the job 1 hour early and left the site as clean as they found it. We will have them replace the remaining old windows next year. Would definitely recommend David M. and DLM remodeling.

We just had our windows installed, and DLM was great. David was responsive, prompt with emails throughout the process – he came to our place to give a quote within a day of me emailing him. The day of installation was also extremely efficient. Their crew came to our place at 7:30 in the moring, and was done by 11 replacing all 18 windows! They cleaned the house very well that there was very minimal work for us to do afterwards. And all his crews were wearing masks throughout – very important in the era we live in! We’re so happy with our new windows and will definitely reach out to DLM for our future projects.

Anyone who has replaced windows knows how much of a hustle the industry is. You’ll get zero of the typical high pressure sales here. Brian, Dave and team were great to work with. I highly recommend them.
