On 6/20-6/21/2024, Josue Alas installed four entry doors and four storm doors at my mother’s home in Accokeek, MD. He did an excellent job, and I would highly recommend him for work. I was impressed with his professionalism in being on time, the installation of the doors, and the clean-up after his work.

My experience with Window World was outstanding from beginning to end. The sales rep (Chris Browning) arrived on time and was very detailed about the product And installation process. The installers, Josue Alas and his partner, arrived on time did a great job with the installation and cleanup.

Amazing service received from the entire team. From the Sale Rep Mr. Chuck who did the presentation and explained all the details about the windows and the different options to the installation crew led by Josue who were amazing. Friendly, effective and punctual. They cleaned up after their work and left our place clean and tidy. Thank you for your awesome service!

I have their windows installed throughout my house and they won’t lock!!! I’ve never had any windows stop locking. What garbage and a huge safety issue. I bought my house a couple years ago but the warranty wasn’t officially transferred so I have to pay for the repair. Apparently the warranty doesn’t come with the property. Don’t buy these cheap windows.
