The installers called before they arrived and they were on time. They repaired two screens on site that were damaged during a storm. They were very efficient and left everything as they found it. I would highly recommend Window World to anyone that needs new windows.

We called Window World to fix a couple of minor problems. (Broken latch and one window slipped out of its track) They responded promptly and sent Steven out to take care of it. He had both things fixed in minutes. We have had our windows for years and have had very few problems. Great company and staff.

I love how the side slider, opens on both sides. I really like how they keep out the heat and sound. I am pretty sure they will keep out the cold as well. My only regret is that I didn’t find this company first. I really like that I was given a military discount.

I called Window World of Waco Monday, June 3rd to report my kitchen screen had come loose from a bad storm (F 2 tornado) that did damage to our property. Thankfully all the windows were good except the kitchen screen. On May 4th they sent a guy named Steven (Red) who repaired the screen & calked one side of the window. He did a great job. I highly recommend Window World of Waco.

We had all windows a while back and two of the screens had blemishes that the crew boticed right away. They assured us they would be replaced. Within 3 weeks Window World personally came out and replaced them and took care of us. We are enjoying our new windows so much.

I was very impressed not only with the sales pitch but the continued communication. Then when the install happened I had 20 window that had to be replaced and they we done in 3 hours. The guys that came were professional, nice and efficient. I absolutely love my new windows and can’t wait to see the difference in my electric bill.
